Priorities of Assistance:
1.  Church members who are in regular attendance.
2.  Church members generally.
3.  Regular attendees.
4.  Families of church members.
5.  Involved or associated with a specific ministry of New City, e.g., Hope for Chattanooga, Sunday School, Bible Studies, Youth Group, Children’s ministry.
6.  People who live in the neighborhood of the church.
7.  Neighbors of our members.
8.  Sister churches, either through Presbytery or local church associations.
9.  Referrals from supported urban ministries. (ICM, CWHM, CP&RM).
10.  Referrals from Christian or government agencies.
11.  Call or walk in requests.  (Set level, screened for need, exceptions can be made to policy by a vote of the Deacons).
12.  Providential encounters-members meeting someone in distress.
